Overlooked you say??? That's serious mate. It does not bode very well for the Company image.
Cancellation of options have to be posted as an Announcement via the ASX, as soon as it becomes Company knowledge.

Now why did that fly under the ASX radar.

Unless of course there were no options cancelled/expired.
