    When is the AGM and lets formulate some questions here to be asked by those going.

    1. How can a raising be NOT dilutive for STI shareholders in regard to Telemedcare?

    2. Will the 19.9% "Cornerstone" investment to Global Trading Strategies be added to the current share issuance, at what price and why should there options (all 9.9%) be at $0.008 as this just dilutes the shareholding or sp.
