The ESOP and PSP programs are identical to those of OBJ mentioned in their AGM resolutions, further proof of PNO and OBJ being linked in their story forward.
The initialisation of those performance and employee share issues is an indicator of both companies expecting and attracting growing numbers of staff and showing the importance of staff or its nominees close to the company to be rewared in the expected upcoming growth story.
AGM date is announced, now distribution should follow suit.
Should be a matter of days now.
