Hi all ACTUAL HOLDERS...

I was wondering what people are planning on voting on at the AGM? I am thinking the 500 000 share options at 20c is fair. Thats about 80% higher than the current price and when I look at the salaries of many of the people in their industry theirs is relatively modest in comparison. No matter if they are to blame or not it, it is still an 80% increase in SP.

As for renewing their 'expired options' that will be a definite NO from me. If they couldn't get the company to an operational level and made it profitable, in turn, lifting the share price and making it beneficial to for them to pay for their options then they have lost that chance! And to ask for it back I find pretty insulting to my investment.

I don't mind people getting paid well and receiving rewards for reaching objectives in a given time and raising the value of my investment. If they don't achieve this outcome I will not then turn around and say 'here, have another go and see how you go this time.. the rewards still here.... with ANOTHER 1/2 mil options....'

Anyway, just my views. I am not a big holder but it is still my investment and others as well. Interested to know what other holders are planning?
