When will we see the MD's report?

Still not happy about cornerstone investor "gift" when company will have SH approval for extra 15% towards cashflow on back of increasing revenues and "key" employees giving themselves "bonuses".

I appreciate all the hard work by current management but consider it a bit rich the dilutionary affect and not raising the SH sp first.

PB has inferred through other posters that they are getting wearisome going cap in hand to the markets for funds so wouldnt it make more sense to "attract" long term SH with a better sp.

Will STI/Telemedcare be at Aus Govt conflab regarding Ehealth at end of this month?
