If they said ASX trading of Teranga shares would be easy then they have misrepresented the "risks" in their documentation by saying that there was a real risk of them remaining an illiquid investment as there was no guarantee the would list on the ASX...
This all puzzles me...the lack of clarity in this move and the fact the one of the Directors (Isles) sold some 345,000 (more than half of his holding I believe) shares on market in the week leading up to the meeting.
I sold out and remain sceptical but would like to better understand so will keep an eye on the thread.....comments?
