Boned.....you need tolook carefully at what Ilses has odne woth his holdings.
He converted 500,000 85c options (cost $425k) and then sold 375,000 of the new fpos for a return of $434k. So he ends upholding an extra 125,000 fpos for effectively nil outlay.
He has converted his options so that he can participate more fully in the in specie distribution of Teranga shares.
Smart guy I reckon.
He has asserted his confidence in Teranga.
I don't understand this paranoia with Oz investors about owning shares listed in Canada. I witnessed the same irrationality on the AVO thread with the proposed Anatolia merger. It is not as if you won't be able to sell your shares when the time comes.
I hold AVO and MDL and have been buying more whilst people like yourself have been selling.
