Read carefully....the $400m market cap is after acquisition of 100% of Hamption which is in progress. At today;'s close of 34c, 100% of a good thing is worth $407m - this is cheap. And for me, I would not be terribly surprised if a foreign company (Chinese maybe) would buy a stake in the company at a considerable premium down the road via strategic share placement. Copper is and will be in short supply , which is why recently a Chinese entrepreneur bought whole mining town (with copper deposits) in Peru I think for $800m (featured in Bloomberg).
