Hold on folks the AGM was designed not to create a forum with very little on the agenda.
The ann regarding the 51% followed late for many to even consider attending an AGM and why attend an AGM when the meeting that counts is the to be announced EGM.
The directors still have their work to do and so far direct requests from myself have not been answered by the MD.
Posters on this site do not deserve some assessments by fellow posters.
