my conclusions:

there doesn't exist a bigger organized opposition against Sumichs strategy at the moment(and unfortunately I doubt we'll see one until january).

The "for" voters approx represents management/staff.
So imo there are also no bigger shareholder groups actively supporting management. this would be a good chance for an organized opposition to push over the ECE deal in january... the only problem: unfortunately we had none :-(

Anybody "in the know" what the 6.3 m "open" votes could mean? Maybe wrong proxy forms ?
