Attended AGM. Expected pithy questions from the floor during general question time. Hardley a rustle. Earlier Q about re election of R Scott obviously struck a chord with SHs.Got the feeling that the SH would like to see the Board suffer some pain. Scott happened to be in fireing line because he was up for re election to day.
My impression was that CL had the Board dancing to his tune, especially the Chairman. Thought he was a bit of a waffler to day and cannot see him exerting much authority over Execs and other board members. He is obviously a nice man and so too are the others. Maybe we need some hard arses on the Board. Maybe the Chairman should fall on his feather duster.

Cannot pass comment on new CEO, reasonibly impressive CV. Thought he could have given us a little more in his presentation.
He would have known, I assume, of the company,s parlous state when he took the job of regional VP six monthe ago.
Lets hope he comes into the job with his eyes wide open
