Just got back from AGM.

Main points: 1.Ching Finance package has moved ahead with Soverign risk Insurance now arranged. No definate date, but got the impression within next week or two.

2.Lake Albert looking interesting with new seismic runs and encouraging indications from Tullo-3 which has reached TD. Hardman will not seek farmin but will finance or equity raise for drilling costs.

3. Guyane also looking good with several majors interested in a farmin which is HDR's preffered method of financing for this prospect.

4. Several prospective CEO's identified to replace Ted. Men with oil experence.

No news on current well or initial flow rates on Tioff.
