Sents - you're presuming the current board will select an independent CEO who has his own style and they will allow him to run the company as he sees fit.

No one is quite sure as to why our "Dragon Tamer", Jack Perkowski, did a runner after only 3 weeks on the job. A plausible reason might be that his core philosophies were not (ahem!) aligned to those of the current board.

Each side will select a CEO who is closely aligned to their own core philosophy of how Vmoto should be run. On that basis, its fair to say that one should expect little or no change with the current board and an unknown degree of change if the G/F team take the helm. Its a roll of the dice.

With the recent demand letter, one thing is for sure now - Time is not a luxury that Vmoto has much of.
