just back... lots of stuff for later... spoke to RC was visibly upset his future appears to now be outside Oz, no EGM etc all finished with NXS as of today.

Spoke at length to Mike M and a couple of others all approachable as usual.

Some newish stuff but main outtake (other than the Board ie MF should get a slap for the perfectly executed but unnecessary procedural tactics) was that nothings changed.

Oh except we now know what the inso's appear to have gleaned months ago re the LT faulting and the possible downgrade in no's and the flow on effect wrt the STO contract etc... not withstanding NXS meeting all nominations ra ra ra.

Interesting discussion re the chinese JV prospect and how that effects Osaka and of course Shell.

more later... but anyone who went flat ahead of Cottees demise as suggested yesterday has done ok.

BTW got the impression a lot of votes not cast and/or revoked once Fowler threw up the slide showing the proxies BEFORE any debate/questions etc. And at least one major now plans or is already exiting.
