Just home from the AGM and will add my blessings to the commentary you've provided.
One item that has not been mentioned that was actually the key to my attending was the Director's position regarding Michael Fowler's ETP. I still have great difficulty with the notion that you can qualify for an Eligible Termination Payment - and still be employed.
One shareholder asked the pointed question and the answer, under pressure, was that the Board and the Auditors had each separately sought independent tax and legal advice on the subject. Both came back that it was ok. Well it might be OK but it's immoral in my book.
Vented. Happy now!
