Re Cambodia, quarantine issues are complete CRAP. No one else has the issues and they supposedly have plenty of "BIG MEN" support.

David Evans wouldn't show his face as he is persona non grata and as for Hill, why would he want to waste time on his paid employ as he is too busy running his other businesses.

My contacts in Cambodia say he is not interested in IDC, just getting his other businesses up and running whilst getting crazy money protected by a 3 yr contract with long notice periods. Do some research on him and his associations with underworld characters - ridiculous. I wouldnt care if he was getting things done, but, he seems to be the last of the bad managment that spent too much on too little. The stories I have heard - too much for here!!

They have a good operator in Mead, however, it is not his responsibility to get the operation moving quickly. maybe they should get a local up there like George who gets things done without excessive un-justifiable costs.
