We should all think about the AGM and ensure that all questions are asked in a combined manner.

Wonder if they read HC??? If so then they will be forewarned.

Rumour has it that once the JORC compliant report upgrade for Mt Kare the insto's will be able to buy more and are geared up to as a result of their personal back room updates that they are getting.

The funds/insto's will be wanting results/updates as well as the rest of us, however, the big difference is that they pick up the phone and get answered immediately !!!! Pity IDC dont realise that they have a responsibility to all shareholders and that the directed communications to their mates should be public. They will know the date of the release down to the day if not week so that they are ready to buy

I would like to know what the management in Cambodia is doing as the salaries are very high for the little activity that they are supervising. Mr Hill is getting a huge salary to run the operation whilst running his own businesses up there (stated on the website) and not reporting anything - no wonder he changed his title to Legal Counsel rather than Operations manager which from memory he was earlier this year.

We as shareholders have a right to know what other companies he is adirector of and what percentage of his time is spent on IDC. Surely it should be 100% as an employee!!
