I was disappointed in the remuneration package considering the past performance. The CEO package with a base well over 500000 per year is a joke. Consider how little of his total package is performance related (200+K). The percentage of base to performance salary, leaves me thinking management have no stake in the company success! If it fails they still collect massive base remuneration, so nothing is really lost, except the shareholders capital. How can a 70K+ performance bonus be paid to the CEO in less than a year considering what has happened? Joke!

Meanwhile we were all railroaded into the Capital raising which will dilute us further. I can see how the stock won’t hit 10 cents per share. Consider, you need to give a big discount to market price to get a successful raising, than we are adding 100M shares, or 30% approx dilution.
