I have no problems at all with the above..Directors fees are standard asis the executive and accounting. Oppies to brokers and promoters are an incentive if they do nothing then it is not worth the exercise price. However if they do bring them into the money the company gets a feed and so does thr sp. A hell of a lot better than shares for prospective tenaments or as bonuses. Note uranium back in mix.
