It's pretty obvious the plant is going to be built in Tennessee. It's going to have high level government officials (as per the official MHM announcement)at the announcement of government incentives - you join the dots and see what spits out.
Oh hang on, this information wasn't in the last quarterly among all the other useless figures that you base your investment decisions on. *rolls eyes* I s'pose you couldn't figure it out.
