I would think some sort of CR would be on the books this year. As we keep pointing out, they have a lot of irons in the fire, and 2013 is more likely to be the year of cash inflow.
So having access to $60m ish this year may not be enough. I would be happy for them to raise the usual 15%, and keep a conservative cash buffer.
