Not happy. Brad does not deserve an extra cent until we see some value. Would encourage all to vote against any increase in remuneration for the board in any respect. If I presided over a 70-80% destruction in value of my company I would not get a pay rise so why should they? Due to the ignorance of passive shareholders. We need to make a statement. Capital destruction will not be tolerated and they should pay, in some form, and reap benefits when they resolve issues/problems.
