'Candid' was exactly my thoughts! You could look at this a couple of ways but what I do like is that this team has put its (our) money where its mouth is.
"As you will be aware five resolutions are proposed today to award executive and nonexecutive directors options in the company. It is worth noting that the vesting of the options is contingent upon the three major projects of the company coming to production."
