south boulder STB has been consistently getting $50k to about $400k through a day yet RWD basically nothing. RWD as a project will offer investors a better return, less sovereign and less operational risk. Also the capex will be easier to raise and less of a burden on the register. So why does RWD get ignored ? no broker coverage ? given the history the market will probably not take notice until the ILUA and the s18 are cleared i.e the project has a 100% green light.
