The SciGen Limited AGM will be held on Monday 28 February 2005 at 9.00am in the Dixson Room, State Library of NSW, Macquarie Street, Sydney, NSW.



SciGen will also release its financial results for the 6 months to 31 Dec 04 on the same morning.



The Chairman (Mr Ryszard Krauze) and CEO (Mr Adam Wilczega) of Bioton will attend this meeting and will make a presentation to SciGen’s equity holders and other interested market participants on Bioton, its heritage, plans for the future and its forthcoming IPO.



The Directors of SciGen extend an invitation to all equity holders, and members of the analyst and broking communities to attend the AGM, hear about future plans for the Company and understand more about Bioton and the partnership with SciGen.
