Hi FT,
I did take time to read the announcements APG referred to, the only thing of interest i noticed was the one from Aust Zircon 10/11/2010, and it does state that the option to transfer the Wim 150 assets expires after 18 mths.
So basically, we have AZC saying the option has expired and Orient saying it hasn't.

Another court case maybe, at least its between them and not us. As if just the years I have been in this stock is not enough of a load, these twists and turns are not making things any easier lol.

But anyway, as im sure you know " Good things come to those that wait".
