Dear Shareholders
I think we need an explanation and justification of Director wages and their benefits at the upcoming AGM.
In particular for Peter Shou, the ex MD and his pay out of $708,992 after he suddenly resigned early this year.
This amount is over 10% of the value of ORD.
Can ORD honestly afford such generous wages and benefits to our Directors after such poor share price performance and with only limited & precious funds?
