193k @ 45c says they are aggressive!
As I see it they are buying at just fractionally over NTA of 44c...which they could probably justify as the interim dividend "saved". So, paying nothing for a business that has a consistent NPAT of around $10m.
What price would people pay to buy a corporate bond throwing an annual $10m?
