Attended AGM last Friday.

My impression is that this is a little bump in the road or more so an annoyance

Company and board focused on the future; Boseto 2, Boseto 3, power station and futher increasing footprint in the area.

The board is passionate about this company and it's future; Especiaaly Brad Sampson (MD).

Also Brad's wife informally addressed the meeting giving her impression of how well regarded Discovery metals is held by all in Botswana.


Being my first ever AGM I regretfully did not get the cahoonas to address the board with the question of what fair value offer, if any would they consider.
I hope they would laugh off any offer over the next 5 years.

This $1.70 offer is off market and to me is aimed at scaring retail investors into letting go of their hard earned.
If we are going to go this way I hope a second and third party arrive on the scene.

I'm not letting go of mine, Not for a long time. The future of this company is very bright; I wish i had more capital to throw at it.

As for the current SP below the offer. I hope it is the market aknowledging that this Take over is not going to happen.
