Aries, were these his exact words? I'm wondering if Buru has approached BHP?

BHP has a stated interest in participation and Buru have said they are interested in what might be on offer from other parties. I'm surprised that there has been no discussion between BHP and Buru.

Anyway, it would seem logical to me that Mitsubishi would be given 1st refusal on any deals which might be in the works. It's been a great partnership so far, so why not go with the one you know. I suppose this would depend on how deep Mitsubishi's pockets are though and I have no knowledge of this.
