I think you are right OptiontraderMGR NEN,is getting marked down due to the managements inability to meet timelines and keeping silent on varies projects. I believe Paloma is one of the major problems here, according to the last announcement where the testing update suggested flow rates from the Lower Stevens could be significantly lower than the maximum rate achieved at PD-1. The intermittent testing of the Lower Stevens B sand, 40bbls oil was recovered. No further updates/appraisal received to determine whether the commercial resource potential of the Paloma discovery.

I believe the market is still focusing on Paloma/CA projects despite the substantial material value of Vietnam. The CA projects are very important to Neon's cashflow despite the material upside to Vietnam.
