SP sliding downwards Mgmt salaries going upwards, plus asking us to give them 'performance' shares, etc additional shares will further dilute our holdings and reduce SP.
Great plan - not.
On other hand - if SP rising - happy to see market based salaries and benefits happy to provide performance based incentives...
In fact i'd be happy to see performance shares PLUS additional options at more than 2x current incentives e.g. 1M options at 40c (which is approx where SP was 12 months ago) and more options to get SP to 80c, 1.20 and 2.00 in short to mid term.
therefore i'm voting NO to 1 - 4 and yes to 5. 5 deals with constitution change and whilst i have not read the full constitution, happy to accept directors recommendation that changes are not material and mainly administrative and minor in nature.
Apart from vietnam - mgmt need to follow thru on the CA assets and realise material value for all shareholders. All we seem to be getting is no news and vaccillation ... maybe they're waiting for after the agm to give us news on CA - after performance and bonuses have been ok'ed - so if the news is good, why wait...
