I agree with your post. Moratorium will be lifted next year. Gas prices are recovering and big players such as bhp are starting to ramp up pressure on US government to export.
Wolfcamp has to work so that we can get to Quebec. I'd like to see us JV with a producer that can also operate Quebec once we have completed exploration. There is a lot of work to do once moratorium is lifted, we'll need cash by way of a smart JV and a possible IPO when it is favorable for existing shareholders.
