stupid question maybe, we seem to have a Board totalling 11 Directors and Executives, but what do they do?

and they appear to have a total remuneration package of $750,000 to be shared between them, which was voted to them by shareholders at the 2008 AGM

On top of this, there are a lot of consultancy fees paid to companies where our directors are also on those Boards?

Looks like the only purpose of this AGM is to vote themselves back on the Board and to adopt the remuneration report
