What is so attractive about CMR to want to make these guys be on the Board, or is it just "snouts in the trough"
What happened the CMR Shareholder Group, are they still going
Does Mr Angelo have any other agenda
The Annual Report says he is on the Board of Yorkville BHN and no other listed companies
Seems he is also President and Partner of Yorkville Advisors, a private entity, where CMR was approved for a $36,000,000 Convertible loan in 2007, and a $100,000,000 Line of Credit in 2007.
