The AGM will be in November certainly not October.

The Annual Report is due 28 days plus 3 days postage prior to the AGM. Notice of the date to ASX normally 40 days.

Singleton does not return till 1 October and I believe he would like to add any GOOD news to his report.

Once we have received our copy of AR we will all have the opportunity to write and have any/all our questions of the board and management answered at the AGM.

The AF loan due 1 October appears will be extended, the interest rate increasing to 15% for the next 3 months.
Being that the 8m is now over 9m inclusive of interest that is a tad better than the banks.

My tip for the AGM, Friday 22 November.

Earlier, it can only be good news.

Either way we will probably need a drink!
