Don't worry about Versanto IMHO. I have a suspicion that management want to sell off Finland and go looking for another asset closer to snuggly Perth where the schools are good. However, I also have a sneaking suspicion that 17% of the shareholding will reject this outright making it very difficult for Perpetual and L1 to back such a proposal.

There could be some blood spilled at the AGM this year so make sure you fill out your voting forms as a "No" to the remuneration resolution unless it specifies the gifting back of share options. You will be pleasantly surprised this year at the level of "No" votes.
