    Will be interesting to see if there are any other matters,??? to vote on ,when the AGM is called for in Nov. for approval of the sale ,that is if it is still to proceed . .

    I have a feeling that this company is destine not to get the chocolates !!
    Would also be interesting to know if there are any of the Note holders that are related to the board ??
