Sadly MAK AGMs still seem to be all about options for the boys. I acknowledge the current mob are new boys.
How about linking these options to performance. We shouldn't forget they are getting paid decent salaries or retainers.
MAK isn't a top 25 or 50 company. In my opinion there are already way too many employee options on issue considering the performance of the company SP.
