I's a tough call if they move for cash now or not, just over $4M @ start of month. They would get a much higher price if they could hold out and deliver positive SM6 data. Out-Licensing SC1 would likely eliminate any need for capital through upfront but on the flipside a stronger bank in discussion brings power in negotiation. It's a bit in the air what the next move is but hard to call.
