I my opinion only , it seems again like a "sneaky" and underhanded way to progress a "public" company . If the incumbant board had NO concerns on thier governance and the issues raised by ERM and other shareholders , they would come out with the answers and hold the EGM prior the AGM so the COMPANY can have a clear direction foward no mater what the outcome .... poor form..
My thoughts only , and due to this latest ploy and the legal proceedings agianst shareholders i will make my vote count.
