Anyone going to the AGM on the 15th? If so, now that CHF 3 has been announced, they may well be open to answering questions about the delayed start. It would be good to know.

I've been to the AGM in the past and it's a great opportunity to ask those kind of questions. For example I asked what share MSB would get from Cephalon's ongoing sales of MPCs and the reply was that this was confidential but that the industry standard was 50:50 and that this deal was not out of line with the industry standard. This is pretty good to know especially in light of recent commentary suggesting that TEVA expect/hope that the MSB therapy will maintain their position as a 30 billion dollar company. Well if a 50% share maintains them as a 30 billion dollar company then MSB could see their sp heading to ten times the current value on this indication alone!

I also found Silvio very willing to answer questions one-to-one following the formal meeting. Not many people attend - only about 20 or so.
