What are the thoughts of Shareholders re the resolutions for the AGM? More specifically the the 2nd strike resolution for management.
If we receive no news and SH's vote for a second strike we will have a board spill. Surely this is going to come at a further cost (Financial and Non Financial) to shareholders. What do people think will be in the best interests of the company/ongoing negotiations and shareholders?
I'm unsure as to how I will vote at this stage.
