If there are enough SH to cause a second strike on the remuneration report then there is a spill of positions.
Question is can there be nominations from the floor to go up against the 2 directors Oliver and Porter? So as to have a Director that is representative of the SH.
I don't trust SG as a consultant to the company with PB assets.
