Hi Greg, so if Grimaldi were to pay $50m to KPR, that is 200% of the current market cap. Does Grimaldi have the money to pay? I have read all the press releases it seems just a matter of negotiating a settlement, there seems to be no further legal avenue he can take. So what is the probability of a settlement soon?
What I do not understand there does not seem to be any JORC defined resource or reserves for the manganese?
I see Tony Sage is a director, I believe he has a good reputation in mining. So why is the market cap so low? TFP
