It was not possible to lock Gill into at what stage finance negotiations were, it was stressed that they were pursuing numerous avenues to secure the full amount from more than one source and that the delays are negotiating the finer details regarding equity, shares and interest.

It was mentioned that finance of this size is hard to get in this current market and as such not guaranteed.

Gill was asked if they were agonizing over minor details to the detriment of our share price and ultimately to our detriment. She assured the meeting that the issues being negotiated were not minor and that they needed properly addressing.

I did not have the impression that Gill was expecting either full finance short term success or failure but simply at this stage we can not be sure, I did get the impression that we would survive and reemerge in better markets if the finance fell through or the conditions were so bad the we couldn't accept a bad finance offer.
