Hi,

Just to clarify the AGM had room for improvement but was not the worst I had been to. Having said that I did expect to see either Colin or Gill in person at the AGM.

As regards changing senior management, my personal view is that while mistakes have been made any change now would be detrimental and destabilizing - I understand that others may disagree with this but it is my view, if we are in advanced negotiations with several parties I believe that last thing we need is fresh people who are not privy to the meetings that have already occurred and essentially restart negotiations.

I also believe that Colin needs to stay on to ensure ongoing HP support.
