Despite being moderated, I think Griffo made a good point as far as the small capital raise is concerned and comparing that to the company's salary costs. Without baiting anyone, I do also believe that any concerns about this becoming a life style company for management/board are real. Small amounts of capital are raised and the corporate overhead will quickly chew through that. What value is created for shareholders?

As an aside, usually shareholders cannot be bothered to vote for AGM's (mailing proxy forms or faxing them) but you can now vote online for LCR AGM (see Proxy form for details). This might actually get a few more people to vote and we can possibly sent a message to Board/Management. Perhaps spread the word if you want to see things changed (or at least put the Board on notice that people aren't happy).
