AGM

Like you Col, I think this AGM will be rather more interesting than usual.
The proposed phase in now across 3 stages was the precursor to the smaller off-take to secure sufficient collateral to get $33M in debt funding.

I expect both these announcements will be public by the time we lob for the AGM.

That aside it will be business as usual.
- setting aside share issue in 7.1 and 7.1A as a backstop (let's hope we never need that again).
- ratification of shares, options issued in the past 12 months.
- hefty salary awards for the "team" - let's hope there's enough goodwill in the room with the route to production clear!

- re-election of board members - I'm concerned some board members are passengers and one or two opportunities to demonstrate their knowledge of PEN business has left me extremely disappointed. We should not be carrying passengers!
