About 340mil shares voted for/against resolutions last year so probably all it will take is for that major US shareholder to vote his 7%(~200mil shares)holding in favour of the resolutions and they'll all pass. You would think the BOD would have arranged for this to happen.
The BOD don't really care how the rest of us vote but it'll still be interesting to see how many votes were cast against the resolutions - so 10 shareholders for and 500 against but the minority rule.
Be interesting to see if there is an upcoming placement, how much will be placed with this shareholder - quid pro quo.
